CRM Implementation Consultant
Since 2001, we have been providing powerful CRM implementations for customers. We are now on the lookout for a CRM Implementation Consultant to join our team.
For this role, we are looking for an implementation consultant with excellent data modeling skills. Working as a CRM Implementation Consultant, you will define customer’s needs and requirements and design data models for each customer’s solution.
Whilst predominantly office based, 20% of your time will be spent visiting client sites across Dublin to gather requirements, install CRM systems and train clients in the use of software.

As a CRM Implementation Consultant, you must have the ability to write technical documents and possess excellent customer-facing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are also key.
Experience of building reports such as MS Access, My SQL, Oracle and Crystal reports, would be beneficial.

- Performing data migration from different sources to databases
- Problem solving customer issues both business and technical
- Managing change requests with customers
- Supporting existing customer solutions
To be considered, you must have:
- Experience as an implementation consultant with very good data modeling skills and experience of designing and customising data models for CRM solutions
- Excellent knowledge of SQL
- Strong experience of data migration
- Strong web development skills
- Training consultancy and/or experience of implementing CRM systems
