The interface combines contact management with task management. Urgent action items bubble up and are flagged with a colour scheme.
Interactions can be scheduled, reclassified, postponed, plus when a contact is selected, all available data as well as previous interactions are pulled up in a 'Snapshot' to help the sales person better understand the context so as the conversation go 'smoother'. The sales person can also click through to publicly available information about the contact such as LinkedIn profile, Twitter stream and Facebook info.
