Google launched Inbox for Work in October of last year and have been gradually rolling it out to private Gmail accounts.
However, up until now it has not been available for Google Apps for Work accounts, but that should change over the coming months.
Update 17/03/2015 - Yay! We got a St. Patrick's Day present from Google today when our invite to Inbox for Work on our Google Apps landed in our inbox. We are looking forward to using Inbox for Work on a daily basis and reporting back to you on how we find it.

Don't expect an immediate reply, as they will be enrolling companies over the next few months.
Note: The email must be sent by the Administrator of your Google Apps for Work domain and not just a regular user.
- Want to use Inbox as your primary email at work
- Have employees who are heavy mobile users
- Most importantly, want to partner with Google on user studies to help build the new work Inbox
